SWF & WoJ: 'to brighten your day'

I'm back! Finished my ATC early so had time to make another card yesterday and played along with the sketch over on 'Stamp with Fun' (and also the colours over on Copic challenge, but it's last week's one now as new challenge went up today - typical!).
I used the cute Racoon stamp from the WoJ 'party animal' collection. Chose this bright (but not actually as bright as it looks in photo!) Bo Bunny paper which had black in it (to go with the Raccoon) plus i wanted to make a more girly card as I seem to have made all boy cards with the other animals so far. Not actually sure what colour a raccoon should be but now that it's finished think I should have left his eyes whiter and he looks more like a skunk! - oh well, next time eh?!

  • Images: both 'Niki Racoon' and sentiment Whiff of Joy stamps
  • Colouring: Copics with touch of Twinkling H20s on present (oo just realised if I left the ribbon white it would look like Tiffany's jewellery box - wishful thinking LOL)
  • Paper: Bo Bunny
  • Tools: petite scallop nesties, MS border punch, twig punch, EK retro flower punches
  • Others: prima flowers, paper roses, gems black mesh for 1 of the punched flowers black pen for doodling all the blk dots around image and flowers

Speaking of Whiff Of Joy . . have you pre-ordered your Elisabeth Bell Autumn kit yet? You only have till this Friday (7th Aug) to order now, after which you'll have to wait until they get released seperately (works out much cheaper as a kit). Judging by the 2nd sneek peek Katharina showed on her blog (see below) the other day I don't think you'll want to miss the chance!

Right, should really get back to work (yup I'm on the PC at our shop :D but looks like it's going to be a quiet night . . think lots of people are on their hols at the moment). Have a good evening.
