Spoonful of Ismaki Workout: "Adore"

Manged to finish a card that I started late last night for 3 challenges - Spoonful of Sugar, Ismaki & Saturday workout 7 (too late for this one now as 8 is up!)

Spoonful was to use the colours pink, blue & green, last saturday's workout was to use stitching (which in my case is faux as I've not got a sewing machine yet) and Ismaki#22 was to use this sketch

Used one of my lola stamps from Funky Kits that has been sitting on my desk waiting patiently to be coloured in! and the first lot of papers that I found in the right colours which happened to be from a spring DCWV matstack. Wasn't too sure what I was doing at first and didn't like it but it kinda evolved and I'm fairly happy with the end result. Hope you like it.
Materials:

  • Images: 'Penelope' even though she is from the 'Simon & Lola' range by Funky Kits and looks very similar to another RAM stamp from another company (you can get Lily & milo or Ladybug & friends both by different companies but all by the same designer - Rachelle Anne Miller) very confusing!!! coloured with prismas/sansodor and of cours stickles!
  • Papers: DCWV spring matstack
  • Others: all the different stitching round all the images and papers are a set of clear stamps from HOTP I got from a QVC kit last year. Just added holes to the one round the image. Base card was tinted lime green to match with an inkpad. Ribbon and epoxy stickers (the little flowers and 'adore' on the tags) from stash.
