"Ab Fab" pretty in pink birthday

I'm back! No post yesterday as busy sorting room out, finally! Was ruthless and finally got rid of loads of magazines which were just taking up space and collecting dust. Think I nearly managed to fill most of our recycle bin up - good job the binmen don't have to hoist them up on their backs anymore else they'd do themselves serious damage!

Haven't had the downpour parts of south UK have and it was relatively o.k yesterday with more of the same non descript 'blah' today. To top it all we had powercut in our area today, for one hour. Don't realise how much we use electricity until it's gone! Thank goodness they fixed it, whatever it was, relatively quickly.

Have managed to make one card today, besides my DT work, which is for Jo's fab blog candy (go have a look) which is to make a pretty pink birthday card. Decided to give you all a break from my Sweet Art Ebony stamps (but not for too long!). Thought this was a perfect opportunity to use this fab set of 'glam girls' stamps I got from CC designs last week (they come in a groovy silver metal tin and there are 2 other 'girls' in the set. there's even one called Frankie!) as they suit a more 'simple' layout (though still couldn't resist layering it all wonky) which is what I love about Jo's cards. Hope you likey 'Darl-ing' !(Pretty self explantory so no need for materials list. The 'fab birthday' sentiment is hero arts stamp, the others are from the glam girls set already mentioned)

Platinum is an extremely rare, links of london rings even more so then gold which in part the reason links of london necklaces why it is considered superior.
